inside everyone is power. power God has placed in us. our giftings. channels which are built into us in which God's power flows through.

you hold the lock and God holds the key. the keyhole is dirty. there is grime. there is dirt. there is chewing gum. the key always fits. but the key cant pass.

b4 you can be unlocked, cleaning needs to be done.

sin temptation stronghold hurts idolatory and more. purge away.

its time to take away your hands from the keyhole. dun cover it anymore. offer your lives to God. its never easy, but God says He's there. Thats all you need. Give God access to those channels. :)

I know God made us for so much more. More than what we are now, Zion.
He is reaching deep in us to purge us, before He can use us for His glory.
Greater awaits us. Only if we obey.

You can't imagine how much I care about your lives (you can imagine how much God loves you)! And I'm so excited to see the power that's gonna flow through you when you tap in to the source, to be more than who you are right now!

I mean, I see so much that God has placed into your lives lar! Each individual has it differently!
I pray you will be the vessel that's clean and free from rubbish, that His Spirit can flow through you.
Like a pipe. ahha. yea. And that is power you cannot imagine.

You bet I'm praying. I love you guys immensely.

There is a realm in God so great that, even though you may have come with a dozen petitions and requests, after worship, when He asks, "Was there something you wanted to say to Me?" You reply, "No, Lord." No questions, no requests, no petitions. Everything has been satisfied. In His presence the things that seem big to us become so insignificant. We wonder why we let the devil fight us over that thing, make it so important, and magnify it so much. When we are in God's presence, the things we think are so insignificant become big. He shows us His true concerns. Glory is where you get a taste of heaven's atmosphere.

If God tells you to pull out weeds and bring things that are precious to Him, I pray you will choose Him.

Remember, when God puts trials in your way, it is so that you will grow you beyond who you are right now. Trust God. Partner with Him. This is what it means when we sing, "so no matter what the cost, I will go for You."
Oh! And be patient and wait for the promise God has given you. Sharpen it by claiming Scripture!

its 2007 already. i guess i just want to say thanks, first to God for bringing Zion so far, secondly for every single one of you. well if all of you are reading this. :) Zion wont be here at its present state without all you peeps, being faithful in coming and committing your every saturday to God.

and for putting up with all the stuff when Zion was first formed and was even without a name. all the confusion, sian-ness, instability, lack of vision, being not God-driven.

till we started to do things right and started honoring God in our quiet time and responding to watever God confronted us with, changing from the inside out, shining the glory of God in our lives, saving our friends around us.

listening to the leaders. responding to difficult requests. putting up with poor cell group environment (carpark :D). serving in watever u can. clearing up the rubbish after meals :) collecting our food n drinks 4 the whole cell every saturday :) putting up with naggy chinyang :D:D

Its not perfect, but this is our place, our home, our Zion. i pray that even in this year, let us make Zion like our family, in which we love and care 4 each other selflessly, supporting one another both in our physical and spiritual lives in 2007, as we charge towards finishing the race. and not forgetting to have massive fun all the way! :)

Zion is my home. i want to give my all to see it grow, not numbers only, but all of us getting closer to God. :) Amen?

Zion! (: Today is Wan Yi's birthday! hehe! We went to her house to give her a surprise party. haha. It was fun!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY WAN YI!

I know you guys (most of you, anyway) are starting school tomorrow. Don't feel sian or stressed, because you're gonna go through school like it is a mission trip. God is with you the same way He is, in YI camp or mission trip.
Just keep your eyes on Him and not be distracted, things that have eternal value (*hint: people and your soul). You will find joy when your eyes are fixed on God and God alone. (: If you lack joy, you can ask for it!
